Unprofessional, inconsistent, and rude. Made me wait after being called to front because another customer/situation was... more interesting maybe? Then directly conflicted what I was told days earlier about what steps I needed to take. Called me rude for I'm not even sure what (it seriously felt like a child name calling and tattle telling) maybe telling her that it conflicted with what I had been told, then made some snarky remark when I chose to just exit the interaction rather than engaging in this same sort of unprofessional behavior. I just got back to Ayr from a nice relaxing week away, maybe these ladies need one too.

A lovely post office in a grand old building, it takes you back to simpler times. There are always plenty of staff here to help, and the early parcel pickup is convenient for those of us who work during office hours. Definately outshines the post offices in the city!

I am not happy with Australia Post in general most staff are friendly and kind can't say that for manager is unfair they don't service Ayr well no such thing as express but they charge my last mail express is sitting in Townsville since Thursday night and I won't receive till Wednesday the following week as THEY ONLY DELIVER TO AYR ON EVEN NUMBERED DAYS AND WILL NEVER ISSUE A REFUND Then I go to store register mail with tracking to my phone two weeks ago no notification mail not arrived guess they posted to the bin can they get any worse have confirmed late delivery to be delivered to by managers !!! today 405 I go to distribution centre gone home !! Then at 431 pm I see postie head home for five pm finish I get home guess what no mail
