Super sad with the service. I bought something online and received the tracking detail on the 8th of December. It was expected to arrive in the ACT before Christmas (for gift). I realised I have to make changes to the delivery address (from post code 2602 to 2601), so I called the AU POST. But they suggested me to redirect the parcel on the app/website. I updated the delivery address on Monday (19 Dec). However, the tracking history showed incorrect address, in transit etc. I called again on Wednesday (21) and the customer service gave a note to the distribution facility about my case. AND today, Thursday (22 Dec) the status is Return to Sender. I called again and the customer service told me they can't do anything. They told me to call the sender and they can resend it again. For what??? Valentine's day??
