Rude, very little care about what they are doing. You can never guess which line to stand in for parcels they cant make their mind up day to day. Constantly losing parcels or misplacing them. Never give you all your parcels even though there is more than one on the tracking list because they didn't put them all together and misplaced them again. Forever making return trips because of there incompetence. Constantly have other peoples mail in my PO box. Employees attitude's need adjusting or find another job. They are only friendly to their older regular customers. This would have to be one of the Australia's worst post offices.

Absolutely awful attitude from a particular staff member. Lining up in parcel pick up queue which was a large queue and then a fast running queue for other reasons. Was called to the other queue and then extremely rudely told that this was a priority queue and that other people were supposed to go first even though people just before me in that same queue were also collecting parcels. But for some reason the lady particularly had it out for me and wanted to have the final say no matter what I said. Hopefully attitudes will change given they have no idea what day people have had and the effect this rudeness may have on people. Pick up your game

I took my son here for a Passport application. The lady was very helpful and friendly. This is the busiest Australia Post I've been to. It can take some time to be served. Donna is very friendly and helpful. I appreciate she held a parcel for me. I also appreciate she explained early morning pick up, so now I can get my parcels after 7am! They do have a variety of gifts, books and stationary. But I do miss the collectable coins that used to be displayed in a cabinet.

Ample parking space, courteous staff with excellent product knowledge; with wide range of Australia Post product and gifts to choose from. Thank you Kathy, Sandra, and another staff that serve me the first time (I'm sorry I didn't manage to catch your name tag earlier); really appreciated for helping me choose the best option for international parcel delivery. I highly recommended Gawler Australia Post, do come and experience warm and professional service in the heart of Gawler Town; kindly ignore all the negative feedback and unproductive criticisms.
