Maybe u have a tough day with your life or other customers but this is not an excuse to be rude and treat me likeā€ why u donā€™t know this!ā€ if i knew, i wouldnā€™t seek for help. hopefully you can improve your service and be a nice guy to other customers.

I have never seen as quite rude and extremely unfriendly staff in my entire life as those guys. I visited three times on three different occasions, received inconsistent information and they wasted a lot of my time for unfavourable outcomes. Extremely bad customer service, the male indian staff member tries to make things more complex than they have to be. Apparently my drivers license with my name and address matching the parcel was not enough to prove it's mine, made me feel like I was being interrogated.

Beckenham post office is so much better and just a little bit down the road. Spend your fuel and money there and get better service. As a person who is also working in retail, I am appalled.

I donā€™t even want to give a star for carousel post office customer service. The Asian lady was the rudest ever I have seen in my life. How these kind of people recruited by the post office management. They donā€™t even have manners to talk with others and they are working in a post office. Really shocking for us who ever we go for a service in that place. Now try to avoid to go in that post office even though this is the closest one from me. Hope management take any steps for better service.

Really bad experience! The male Indian staff had no idea of what to do. I went there to cancel/refund my money order purchase with the original money order and receipt. After reading the instructions the clerk told me to fill a form and took all my original order and told me the recipient would send me a money order back by post and not sure how long it will take. Feeling critical, I left and called Australian post customer service who deal with money order specifically. They told me that was not right. With my situation with my original order and receipt, I should be able to get my money refunded there straight away. So I had to go back there and explain all these to the clerks and tell them to call their customer service themselves. Eventually they did what I asked and called their customer service and refunded my money.

Very bad customer service and unprofessional skills. Wasted clients time while refused to say sorry. I went to AU post carousel (Cannington WA 6107) on 01 Jun 2021 at 9am to return goods purchase from Myer. As I didnā€™t have a proper package an Indian looking lady requested me to purchase a parcel bag and I did. While during payment she and another Asian lady really made me emabarrased and felt offended from their words and impatient expression. I tried several times with my Apple Pay but the machine was just not working. The Indian lady kept saying loudly and impatiently to the other staff it was because I didnā€™t have an actual card and I will have to go home bring the card, making all people in the post office heard about my case. The other Asian lady joined later pretending to help, but in the whole process she was just crossing her arms across the chest and frowning her eyes without doing anything. But her face has definitely shown her impatience and despise. I was almost pushed to go back collecting card while in the last min a white lady came to offer an actual help. She just simply did something on computer and asked me to retry. And my Apple Pay just simply went through. But till the end the Indian lady did never say sorry or even not a word to me! I was quite unhappy as the unprofessional and unfriendly customer service has wasted my time, ruined my mood and put me into a very embarrassing situation. I never expected how such a simple process could become so complicated. If it is just AU post is the largest post provider in AU that makes its employee so arrogant and impolite I would say this company really need to provide better customer service training to all their staff!

I asked a staff member what packaging I needed to send a package overseas. She directed me to a courier bag which I learnt when I went to pay that it would have cost me $95 to post a kids book. She also gave me a form to fill out but did not supply me with a pen. Luckily, I was tended by another lady, Sri, at the counter and her service was exceptional as she informed me of a cheaper way to send the package and double checked all addresses with me before sending my items.

Went to the post office to lodge my passport! Was told that my birth certificate details were wrong on the form so I asked for a new one and decided to come back the following day - not a problem. The lady specifically checked through my photos / the form and confirmed that everything else was correct. I came back the following day to lodge everything and the lady then stated the photos were incorrect (EVEN THOUGH SHE TOOK THEM 1 WEEK PRIOR) and said that we would need to re- do them! Got my photos re-done and then came back the following day as I needed my guarantor to re-sign them all! This time she said that my guarantor had failed to select whether they were female / male and forgotten to put the zero in front of 2/09/18! This was so frustrating and inconvenient! If I had just been told the first time all the details that needed to be fixed It wouldnā€™t have been such a hassle! Plus the lady was quite rude and when I proceeded to ask if I could get my passport experdited she made it out as if I couldnā€™t afford the fee. Not impressed! However, was served by a lovely lady when I went back to lodge it the final time!

Unfortunately I couldnā€™t give less than one star. Im wondering why they provided such horrible service and why itā€™s acceptable to the management? Is it because the staff there wanna scare all customers away so they donā€™t have to work too much? Most unfriendly post office service I ever had. Seems like they donā€™t wanna work or ran out of patience to answer questions from customers. If the staff there canā€™t even give a fake smile to the customers they shouldnā€™t even do customer service, even Maccas teenager staffs provide much better customer service and more polite than those ladies who work there

The worst service Iā€™ve ever experienced! And not just a bad day! Every single time. The rudest staff! Super unhelpful and snappy. Jo especially. I seem to get her a lot! A smile goes a long way! Iā€™ve never ever seen a staff member smile or be polite. Disgusting staff! And judging by the ratings Iā€™m not alone in feeling this way! Might be time to retrain! The staff are 50+ years of age, they should have a better level of customer service. Very very disappointing.

The worst post office in south metropolitan Perth. Such a dissapointment. I am never going back. Will stick to going to my local post offices in Thornlie & Gosnells. Jo doesn't seem to know how to smile or be pleasant. Does she actually enjoy her job? The worst customer service. And the staff can't even say "hello, how is your day?" or "Hi, how can I help you?" A smile really does make the world of difference. How on earth Australia Post keeps the staff at Carousel I have no idea. I hope someone in management is reading the reviews here on Google, because people like myself have gone to the trouble of spending time to write here because we would hope to receive fantastic customer service from Carousel. If you are a customer and have a choice, don't bother with this Post office.

DON'T APPLY FOR PASSPORT HERE! Lady was extremely rude and dismissive, telling me my (own) photos were matte when they were not. They just wanted me to take new photograph there ($$). She even questioned the witness signature, when it was obviously there, and didn't apologise. Took the SAME photos to Maddington and they were approved without hassle. I wish I knew her name so I could call her out.

We went there yesterday regards to Australia passport for myself and my 5yo daughter. The renewal for child I typed then printed them out. There were 2 pages a bit cut off without arrow, thsts fine I did handwriting n asking my friends to sign again. The old lady said both of out photos too much shoulders to be seen without checking the sizes. I went back to the photo offices, ge was 100% sure both of photos no problem n followed the Australian passport photo requirements. I'm not going back there to lodge my passport photos ever again.

Came in around 11am (so that there wont be to much in line) So I came and told this lady in the counter that I am picking up my parcel. Gave her my drivers license, and she went it and came out few seconds later. She told be "are you sure its under your name?" I replied " It should be under my name" She then said "what do you mean "should" dont you know there are a lot of package in there"... (WOW!?! sorry for ruining your day lady). Showed her the email with my name on it and the parcel reference number. She went in and came back a few seconds with my parcel. It wouldn't kill you to open your eyes and look for the package versus coming back questioning if its under my name. Sorry if you wake up on the wrong side of the bed. NEED TO LEARN HOW TO DO CUSTOMER SERVICE?!?!?!!

A good post office with many facilities expected in a Post Office including identification checks, parcel postage, bill payments, etc. Have a couple of self service parcel post machines that can save you from the queue (there is always a queue).

I went there on the 22/10/17 11:30am, They had issues with the computer scanning th stuff I bought but they still managed to keep things in control without panicking while politely apologising to me.
