amazingly incompetent, they redirected a $200 parcel of mine and lost it, then blamed me, and complained to the next person how unpleasant I was, despite me taking the situation really very well, no raised voices, no abuse, perhaps a little sarcastic. They've frequently not delivered items, i only found out later that they were supposed to be delivered. My advice if you live in Cambells Creek? Get a Castlemaine Post Box. I gave this one star, because I can't give it any less.
