If I could give then zero I would. They'll leave reminder notices for items that have already been collected because they have absolutely no idea what they are doing there. The managers tol me the reminder notice is to remind me that I've collected the item..... no it's not, you guys stuffed up and instead of apologising you made up a story.

Cabramatta Post office is one of the best post office around friendly staff and very helpful. been using them for over a decade now and have travelled across many suburbs just to do business with them. would not go anywhere else. The manager and staff i totally trust with my parcels and give them top rating. Wish them all the best as they all deserve it. Very highly recommended :)

Wish I can give zero star, unprofessional service , normally they need to provide information about tracking number or parcel info though email or SMS . But until I came to the store to check with sender tracking number and they said already went back to warehouse and I need to contact online team then contact sender. This is second time of not provided information to me already. Not helping at all ,really disappointed,wasted time 👎.

Went there to send an overseas parcle and the staff member offered to signed me up with my post bussiness and end up saving $42 .very thankfull that he offered me that service that i wasnt aware of it before . Very knowledgable staff and accomodating considering i have been to other postoffice and i never heared of my post bussiness and the disscount that I got because he asked me if I had one.

Very incompetent staff. Went there to send a parcel with 190cm grith which is under the maximum 200cm mensioned on Australia post website. The grumpy looking guy called his supervisor to tell me that the cannot post it because it was over the maximum size!!!!. Took the same parcel to Canley Vale post office and they posted it with no questions. How does that work??? It's always the same guy there who likes to give bad news... Less than 1 star

Tried to buy some stamps but man was rude and clearly had no idea. Tried to argue postage dimensions that are CLEARLY listed on Aus Post website. Keeps insisting I would need to pay parcel postage, which would have costed double, when my dimension qualifies under letter. How many people has he overcharged before this? Literally told me he "doesn't know if he can look the postage up". Maybe know what service you're suppose to provide before serving a customer. Left dismayed and went to a different post office. Got a clear ok with what I need and my stamps in less than 1min.

I ordered from eBay and they use Australia post . They just drop off the pick up card to collect from Cabramatta post and cost me $7.80 extra. This’s a hardware store open 8am - 6pm 7days. When they drop off the written card said no one home. This’s unfair I already paid for my postage and this’s not the first time they did this.

Disgusting service. Came in renew my passport and forgot to print out my booking paper and got turned away. I requested to login to their computer to print it and the filo lady bluntly said no and told me to go home. Other post offices are more than happy to help and help me through the process of applying for my passport online. The filo lady was rude and unhelpful and was told to come back with the booking print out and to line up again (the wait was 10 mins already) never go to this post office. Not only was the lady unhelpful but rude
