Visited the post office not long before closing. The line was out the door however there was plenty of staff on (more than what I've seen at any other post office!) and the line was moving fast. A staff member came out to help customers who were collecting parcels which included me. The staff member quickly found my parcel which was a heavy microwave, and another staff member put it on a trolley and took it to my car! Exception service, I am so glad this is my new post office!

Very mixed service, staff are short and unfriendly. Doing the same task twice and given different instructions both times, makes it very confusing. I know your classes as essential and you still have to work and deal with customers but pull your necks in

Had a parcel mis-delivered and supposedly returned to sender from this Post Office and the parcel has disappeared... I can find no new tracking number other than the one which says delivered. I have lodged an enquiry but have had no resolution. Staff not very helpful at all.
