Appalling customer service. When people are waiting in the queue (not just me but about 5 or 6 others who were all waiting patiently), you shouldn't then allow people to walk in off the street and cut in. It's poor form.

I went into this post office yesterday with a friend of mine, she needed to post something overseas. I must say, that the level of service we received from Vivienne the owner, was nothing less than exceptional. She had gone above and beyond the call of duty, to help my friend out. She advised my friend of all the options with packaging as well as pricing and nothing was too hard for her. I would highly recommend this post office, if you are ever in the area and want top quality service 👍

A good Post Office. The staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of greeting cards, gifts and stationery. Postage options are offered and recommended so that you can send your mail off economically. Has passport photo facilities.

This is the best Post office i’ve been in Australia. I’ve been here so many times, bought card and sent, picked up Parcels, sent parcels to other countries, bought some stationery stuff, took a photo for passport, deposit money and withdraw money. They do everything and very helpful all the time. Thank you so much!

Open a little later than 5pm, and open on Saturday mornings. Very convenient for those working 9-5, and the staff are really nice and friendly.

Awful. Hardly speak English and frustrating to deal with. 0 customer service skills and the store sells absolute rubbish, it's appalling they call them selves apart of the Australia Post franchise. Finally, I don't know if it's this particular LPO but they NEVER ring the buzzer or knock on the door to deliver parcels ENOUGH IS ENOUGH OF YOUR UTTER LAZINESS.

Bad service phone to find out if parcel is ready to pick up they never answer the phone ,you can keep ringing for a hour they at shop ignore the call its better of Australia post close this place or get new people in better of going to Belmont or Vic Park post office
