Why is there no phone number for locals to check if our parcels arrived at the depot??? Having to drive down there to speak to someone and deal with traffic etc is a huge annoyance!!!!

I have to say that we have never had a problem with the edmonton PO always found all the staff to be extremely polite, friendly, very helpful and nice, as far as we're concerned it's the best.

I was rudely told by one of the staff that they shouldn't even give me my package because it said "jake" instead of "jacob"... When I pointed out that i had the parcel pick up card, my license with the correct surname and the correct phone number she finally agreed to let me have my own property.. but not without telling me to 'spell my name right next time'. Will be getting a po box elsewhere to avoid such rude people

I Frequent Edmonton Post Office on a regular basis. i dont like being served by that very rude woman Named Narrelle , she constantly demonstrates a bad altitude, not helpful, poor customer service and is so rude. other staff members their are very pleasant, helpful and demonstrate great customer service.
