I loathe having to go here. The middle aged Caucasian woman and the younger Caucasian female. Both are equally detestable. Awful attitude they are always ready to make you feel unwanted.

Worst customer service I've experienced in years. Woman behind the counter didn't even look at me she chatted with the woman standing next to me (who was being served by someone already) and totally ignored me. When she addressed my question she still didn't look at me. Don't go here find another place where you'll be treated like a human.

The staff at this branch is ALWAYS pleasant, friendly & helpful. No matter how busy they are, they treat customers with RESPECT. it’s not my closest post shop, but I would drive the xtra distance because I know I will be a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER after the service. Thumbs up & keep up the good work 👍

The staff here have a serious attitude problem. There are two staff members in particular that I have never seen crack a smile and always treat their customers like they are stupid. Rude, unpleasant and unhelpful.

Would like to make mention to an amazing staff member, Claire, who when had conflicting information investigated, got to the bottom of the problem and then provided a solution. She is friendly, and endlessly helpful. I would recommend Aus Post promote her and have her train all their staff in customer service. Best experience I have had with australia post. its small, nothing special. but the staff working there are very helpful - our office lost a parcel once, and they really tried their best to figure out where it may have gone to / how it got lost. left my number, and they actually rang me back with updates.

The older grey haired woman with glasses that served me, has THE WORST attitude and customer service. From the moment I walked up to the counter she was rude, passive aggressive, unfriendly and unhelpful. At one point she even yelled at me calling me a liar (which I wasn't). What was supposed to be a simple process of posting a parcel and having a Working With Children Clearance completed, turned into a horrible experience for me, leaving me quite upset. From barking orders at me, being plain nasty and rude - she should be reprimanded. This is NOT the way you treat customers Australia Post. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL.
