I have only had positive experiences with this branch. I think a lot of the bad reviews come from people under pressure, which is a sign of the times. It is VERY BUSY all day long, servicing a wide area....so it is to be expected that the staff probably have a lower tolerance for self entitled bs. I think all of the staff I have dealt with have been professional and helpful. Can't understand the one star ratings.....

Absolute rubbish post office. Staff are extremely rude and dismissive. Unwilling to help with basic issues. Refusing to do things I have had done at other post offices e.g. printing out an application for me etc. Extremely rude tone and manner by the workers there, especially the overweight lady with the brown hair. Never returning again.

My son handed in his passport application only to be told he needs a change of name certificate as his surname is different to mine. He told the “lady” the names have never changed and she told him don’t be silly all children have their mothers surname.
