IMPORTANT! Be ready to have the most awful and incompetent over the counter experience you can possibly have in Adelaide here. Man at the counter had no clue of the date, took a look at my parcel collect card and exclaimed that I was too early ( although I was only less than 5 minutes early) and that I came in on the "wrong" date when he was the one who got the date of the day wrong. He hasa very condescending attitude as if he's dealing with customers who are too much of a hassle for him. I recommend everyone be aware that STARTRACK and Auspost has a MISSED DELIVERY TOOL and offers redelivery, it literally is worth the wait for an extra day than have to ruin any semblance of a good day dealing with muppets.
