VERY POOR SERVICE twice ive sent express Parcels gone missing told not there Problem very poor service told to Ring customer service line which i Have all day with no response I paid express mail plus insurance Its not the point the gift was for for my niece who turns 16 Weve just lost my mum my nieces nan Who she lives with its REALLY UPSETTING NO ONE WANTS TO HELP IF I DONT HEAR ANYTHING BACK AFTER BEING ON PHONE PUTTING ON HOLD FOR MOST OF THE DAY IM GOING TO MEDIA AND CONSUMER PROTECTION
