They do passport pictures right. Went there to get my 2 months old daughters picture taken. The lady says straight away no we don't do baby's pictures. Where doest it say it on your website. What's the difference.

No wonder these guys have such bad reviews! Got here 2 min before 5pm and guess what they are closed. Reason being we have to be in and out by 5pm and they can’t even help me to send 1 international mail. Pure laziness! One hell of a working mentality there!

I have been trying to contact them for over two weeks now. Cannot ring them only Australia Post can and they have been trying to call them and email them as well on my behalf. They have my parcel and I cannot collect it as there opening times are a bit rubbish. They have been emailed and rung a number of times by Australia Post to request they put it in a Parcel Locker for me but they have not even responded once never mind doing what they were asked. Absolute rubbish service I will never bother using Australia Post for parcels again and I urge everyone else not to use them either.

Its ridiculous how rude and unprofessional the staff are here. Im surprised that their rating is as high as 2.4 stars! The manager is on a power trip and his passive aggressive rudness rubs off on any staff that actually stay there. Ive been here many times over the years and the service gets worse every time.

Had three parcels addressed to me, lately. Two of them had all sorts of dramas. One went to the wrong address altogether, then went back to QLD before finally making it's way to me a month later. The second one I had my partner wait at home all day with a newborn, only for the driver to be too lazy to knock on the door - he left the card on the front porch. With my work hours, it was then very difficult for my partner to arrange the baby, drive to the post office, get the baby out of the car, struggle with the parcel back to the car. As a PAYING customer, I appreciate that it isn't the Belmont Office staff's laziness - but seriously, Australia Post should get their act together when employing sub contractors to make the deliveries. Non-Government agencies would never be successful running a business like that! Absolute JOKE!

The short man is ridiculously rude. Seriously, there is something wrong with him... I sent a parcel to my friend from this post official and came back to my address the next day. The man said it's my fault because I put a customs declaration and addressee label on the same side of the parcel. I have sent many parcels with the same set up on the front with sender details on the back with no problem. At another post office I was told the reason it came.back to me is that someone had put my address as the delivery address in their computer system. The man claimed it wasnt their fault and again tried to blame everything on me. I am now concerned another package I sent today wont make it to its destination...

Avoid like the plague and go to another post office. Bunch of rude and incompetent semi retired grandmothers who put things in the too hard basket too quickly. They would not accept a completed form from me for a particular identity document after they had put the line through an area that I didn't need to fill out. They then stated that the so called machine wouldn't read it. I explained that one of their staff put the line through it and they still wouldn't budge and accept it. I also witnessed a poor girl having to pay for more photos for a passport because the ones she bought from there originally were too dark. Funnily enough another post office close by accepted my forms. Wake up to ya selves grannies and do ya job!!!

Not open on Saturdays. Can't pick up parcels during the week because I work the hours this place is open. They also handed our parcel out to the wrong person and couldn't fathom how such an error was possible, denying it's possibility. It's extremely possible, it happened, and they were lucky the person brought it back for us.
