The manger lies, to her costermers and staff. The rules change with half signage left. Like the sign do not block ramp and leaving x on the ground. I can not stand on an incline. So people push infront and block the ramp. If your disable they use the police to block there bad values. Put in complaint no calls, manger says all hears and soon has you speak she cuts you off. The police stand there and cut in. Then threaten blockage notice. What's going on for disable rights. God help you if you need a career to walk in with costermers loading the ramp. Russell

I am in Italy after completing a hold mail form from July until the end of September. Yet again , as in the past, after only 2 mths my mail delivery has recommenced. My neighbour has taken my hold mail receipt to the Benalla P O but was ignored becaused she wasn't named on the hold mail application. Why would she be when she doesn't live at my address!!!! How can anyone else put a stop to this stupidity when Australia Post is so blatantantly in the wrong? Lynne Putt has complete authority to make the imbeciles at Australia Post comply to the stop mail instructions I executed AND PAID FOR before leaving Australia in July.
