Alright post office, some staff here just have no idea what you're talking about if you're asking them although I came back a little bit later and managed to talk to someone about my problem and she actually understood, (I think her name was Tanya) she was very helpful, thanks!

Apparently it's far too hard to walk up a path and knock on the door. Multiple times now they slack off and just put a slip in the letter box. Do your job!! Delivery is meant to be delivered not picked up because you can't do your job properly.
