I attend this post office regularly and the staff on site demonstrate the worst customer service I have ever witnessed and experienced. It is strikingly obvious your team members do not want to be there. The utter disrespect, and lack of care demonstrated toward members of our community is appalling. Truly hope something is done to address this as the local post office is an often unavoidable core service to the community.

Terrible customer service. Impatient staff and lack of information. Avoid this post office if you could. Technically its a Corp outlet and no stress on revenue and customer satisfaction, and doesn’t need to give you a sht at all. Trust me this is not your only option living in bentleigh area.

Dread coming here and avoid it unless no choice. Atmosphere is awful and staff are incredibly rude. The management must be awful as the staff seem to hate their job. I have had more than one depressingly bad staff member experience. Life's too short . . .

Definitely not a racial comment, but the 2 Asian background lady was kind but the rest was just rude, no happy face, sound arrogant, no hello and bye...I used to own a LPO years ago, I will definitely ask those ladies to leave.

this is happen many time. Me and my roommate at home, but the sender never knocked the door or ring the bell , just through a card in my mail box. I need to pick up by my self. This is bad delivery service I never have. But the post office worker is great. The delivery guy was so bad.

surely the worst in Victoria. A 2.5 rating, at the time of my review. At the service desk, the person started laughing, apparently another worker told them something funny in the middle of my transaction. A little tip for the workers there. Do your job, serve customers, shut up, and dont laugh, just do your job.

Walk 30 mins to post office to sort out my passport forms gave the lady and a full sheet with my details only to be told it can’t be done because it’s not A4 size discussed the matter and had to leave only to come back and go to another post office where they informed me yes we can do it no problem in the paper was A4. Absolutely useless at this post office will not go back there again

This is how Courier is handled by Australian post and sent by me at friend's address who is working in Australian Defence at Darwin, Tindal. Very disappointing and never expected this from Australian post Bentleigh and this happened third time. Well not having previous pics but today I was forced to write this review when my friend told me that again its 3rd time when he is receiving courier in this condition.

I have always received excellent customer service from this LPO. However, this morning my wife made a special trip to Centre Rd to pick up a parcel after battling traffic & eventually finding a parking spot only to find that they were closed at 11:10am. Sat is crossed out on their trading hours on the door! On line it states hours as 9am - 12:30pm It’s poor consideration for their customers to not update operating hours online & on the card left at our address stated open Sat from 10am - 1:30pm. Not good enough! Lift your game!

Worst customer service ever had with Auspost. The Asian lady at the counter kept yelling with attitude. Just for the incomplete documents. The most extreme part was she did yelling in front of children.

Terrible customer experience!!! Returning an item I purchased online today, I was asked to tie my assistance dog up outside, so I did. I then began accessing the return form on my phone while being served by a customer Service employee at the counter. While pulling up the return label on my phone she needed, I looked out the door to see if the dog was ok. She then told me to take my stuff off her counter and get back in the line to wait as I was taking too long and they were too busy. I felt humiliated in front of everyone in the store and shocked that someone in her position would treat a customer in that way!

the staff were so rude and they could not do their jobs properly. i had my passport photo taken and it did not meet the photo requirement at all. 3 months later i had my baby's passport photo taken there again and they do not offer anything to be used as a background and luckily i had a white blanket with me to be used, they put my baby on hard floor and the photo was taken with shadow on my baby's face. nightmare!!!
