She maintained her professionalism with a smile, empathy and reassurance that the process wasn't a problem at all and I was not being an inconvenience given how busy the place was. Worst experience from the big male staff member there. I believe his name is Gary. He is extremely rude and provided the incorrect information so he didn't have to complete the transaction. Lazy, rude and aggressive are the three words we would use to describe this staff members behaviour. We will not return.
