The new management is terrible, they have no customer service. They had a full on argument with me and my kids (16). So just to get story straight, my kids went to pick up a parcel and they said they couldn’t find the parcel, so I went in and they found the parcel magically and the guy kept on arguing on and he didn’t give me my parcel. I asked for my parcel and said that they have wasted my time, so then the guy said that we have wasted his time. Just to say that they are so rude and we should have new management.
