The ladies here are so helpful! Had my daughters passport photo taken here, their printer was broken. They offered me a full refund or come back the next day to get another taken. I came back the next day she remembered me and was so helpful as my daughter is only 3 months old. Thank you for the kind support

Went in to get a police check completed straight after work, was there by 4:40 and waited in line for a solid 10 minutes before I was served. The lady said they stop doing police check applications after 4:45 because they take too long (a process that took less than 5 minutes at a different location). The store doesn’t close until 6 and if I was actually there before the cut off time but I had to wait in line because they were so slow at serving people.

Excellent customer service from Maddie in locating and arranging delivery of a lost parcel. She even made a follow up call the following day to ensure parcel was received. It is reassuring to know that good old fashion service is still alive and well at this PO.

Drove half an hour to be rudely told they couldn't do a 15-20 job(by their admittance) with half an hour left on the clock and zero other customers in the store! Absolutely pathetic service!

Went in for a photo to be taken and form filled out. They are usually Busy during the morning time, line was till the door ,but served quickly even though you have an appoint, you still have to be on the line and wait
