Rude customer service from an old lady behind the counter. Screaming at children to stop making noise (the boy was playing with a fidget toy which was barely making a noise). Also told a customer behind me to "move out the way" no please or thank you, just shouted an order. The gentlemen who was shouted at was very taken back. I will be taking my passport documents to the hyperdome post office.

Do NOT go here for passport application! 4 times I went back and forth being told I needed more information, one of the things they were incorrect about when I contacted the passport office. They even said they go through passport training, perhaps in the training they should learn to look through everything that is required and not send you away 4 seperate times. One trip to another post office and all sorted!

Untrained staff, delivery according to tracking at Beenleigh Post Office instead of being sent to my home address. Went Friday with a torn tendon in my knee and could barely walk. Had three staff members looking for my parcel. Tracking number 344CJ6915678 to be told we can't find it. No phone number to contact exceot the main number and people queued up outside the door. Is my parcel there or not?

Overweight guy working behind the counter has poor customer service skills and lets the whole team down. Suspect he's either racist or misogynistic or both judging by his condescending mannerisms when I spoke with him today. Only by the good fortune of then speaking to his female colleague was I then able to get any semblance of customer service - she saved the potential review I would have otherwise given.

Oh my lord, 15min before closing and the line has flooded the whole shop. Why did they end up closing the Beenleigh Market Place Post Office if it's going to to be this busy on a weekday afternoon. The staff are very nice though :)

In September I was hit by a car whilst out on my motorcycle. The car drove off, I was pinned under the bike in the middle of a busy round about. And that's when I saw him, on his postie scooter. He parked his bike up and came to my rescue. He got me out from under the bike, he helped me up and supported me as I limped to safety. I may owe my life to that postman so no matter how bad the post office is they get a five star from me

I went there today 25th August 21 and had a very rude man named Steve serve me. I went in with my slip to collect my parcel. No greeting nor smile from him to begin with.. I gave him my slip he said very rudely 'well did you receive a message because this says after 4' ... I replied no he just stared at me and said 'I'D... He went out back and got my parcel and put in roughly down on that scales on the counter and said 'there'... Like seriously I do not believe this man should be working in a customer service role he was so so rude.... Please Beenleigh post office train your staff better..!! By looking at all these bad reviews you have it looks like they all really need it...!

I visited the Beenleigh post office on Main Street today 15/09/21 checked in 12:11pm. I was served by Steve the overweight guy that clearly doesnāt like his job at all. Last time I picked a parcel up from here I witnessed him being rude to a young man but today it was my turn. After he handed over my parcel I asked if heād like me to sign and his exact words were na mate donāt want you touching anything let alone breathing on anything. I left feeling embarrassed as there were about 5 other customers and 3 staff members present. I checked in, wore a mask and have actually had both shots where as he wasnāt wearing one due to being exempt most likely because he is overweight. This is the absolute worst way to deal with customers during a time like this but even before covid he was rude to another customer. He should either be let go or have someone have a good talk to him about better communication. Thereās so many other ways he could have responded but chose to respond in such a rude, embarrassing way. I actually dread coming here and seeing him I think Iād rather my parcel be stolen from the front of place.

Lady 'helping' those in the queue is useless. Even I knew how the new postage system worked better than her. Almost turned around and went home because I didn't have my items to post. Thankfully I went back in and spoke to the saw guy at the counter! Highly recommended she gets more training

Great service and staff at this branch. I observed the team actually greeted some customers by name and picked up on chit chat from the last time they saw them. THEY CARE :) Also the line was 6 deep and cleared in less than 5 mins. Wow. I just had some forms to be certified and although they were busy they kept me updated and made me feel comfortable even though they were busy. Well done Beenleigh Team !!

Need to change the opening hours on the card that is handed out when you can't deliver the product. You have been closed on Saturdays for the last 2.5months and you haven't changed it. Wasted my time driving to your store on a Saturday.

My Dad was there yesterday, there was an older lady, she was so rude to him. Ask for his ID. My Dad got confused and try to give her his eftpos card, lady raise her voice and ask for his Id again. My Dad could not understand and try card again. Lady yell in a rude manner and ask him "I told you to give me your ID" people like that should not be working in customer service roles. Shame on this lady. My Dad English is a second language.

To everyone who is intending to go into this Auspost to get your passport application processed. Just be cautious when you bring in a set of passport photos for the application, the guy working at the counter might give all sorts of excuses to refuse the photo and try to get you to do a new set of photos for $18.95. DONT fall for it and ensure he or she processes your application with the set of passport size photos you are providing, Iām telling you because I got conned and was made to pay to get new set of photos. I was ripped off and this is an internal scam going on with the passport photos not meeting DFAT standards and this was also reported at Helensvale outlet. Please be mindful anyone renewing or making new passports. DFAT should investigate this matter especially on this outlet.

Appalled by the behaviour of your staff today. To have 3 IDās collected and then to only call out the names of 2 people and handing them their parcels, leaving mine tossed on the side is ridiculous. To then have the staff member after several minutes say āyeh thatās yoursā. Re train your staff in customer service. No matter if itās a female/male/Indian/Aussie or Chinese you are serving, treat people with the same respect.

Post office staff themself are great however the postal service is very lazy instead of knocking on doors to leave parcels and parcel signings. The delivery service places cards in the letter box for you to collect at the post office. When inquiries are made you get told no one was home when there is always someone home. They need a better delivery service personal.

What a disastrous service from this company. Paid to have 2 parcels express delivered. One a 5 kilo and one a 3 kilo. Tracking said on the truck for delivery today...well whooppee to your delivery experience. Perishable goods sent, expecting to be delivered..parcel postman left a card saying contact post office...went into post office to find only one parcel on the card for pickup...what the hell happened to the other one. No blinkin wonder nobody likes using this service. Worst of it is, mailman apparently was too bloody lazy to deliver to the house, but what is worse is that he said nobody was home, when in fact they were home all day.

Sorry, but this post office seriously needs to look at the way they run their business. The lineups are horrendous and really not acceptable.The staff try their best but are limited in number and policy. How could a major post office have 7 Express satchels in stock? They must sell hundreds of these and we are encouraged to buy in ten qtys to get discount but cant even supply.I walked out of there today never to return, I will be supporting the little post office in Kingston just off Kingston Rd who are always VERY helpful and efficient. Ohh, and don't get forced to go over to the self service terminals either, this move cost me extra time plus they had to process my card twice. Over it and annoyed!! My spend with Australia Post is growing but no more will be spent here!!
