Came to get a parcel. Apparently I had 2. Girl only gave me one, even though I showed the collection details of the OTHER parcel with important items. Now I have to go back, and they are closed, and I can't get back to the post until next Monday because I work 8-6!!! Thanks a lot!!!!

Clean and well presented but the customer service is no existent. I was returning a large item with a prepaid return label but didn't have the original bag. Picked one that looked plain and would fit it and was told it was the wrong one. This happened 3 times while I'm trying to say I don't know which she is trying to tell me to get and can she help me. I get an eyeroll and told to look under the packaging sign, where I had got all of the apparently unsuitable bags. One of the ones i get and she says is suitable wouldnt fit the item hence me grabbing the original sattchel. The line was growing, I'm starting to get stressed and just want her to come show me which I need rather than pointing to a wall full of bags and the server is getting visibly annoyed at me trying to get her to actually help.

Sent out cards for parcel pickup saying open Saturday only to find out with the other 20 people on the rain that they have decided they don't open Saturdays anymore but they haven't bothered to update the cards so everyone got out of bed to brave the cold to waste their time. Absolutely useless.

Passport application are not getting lodged on Saturday with out appointment. I agree. There where 3 staff. 2 customer and they simply rejected and not accepted application. Awefull service. With traffic and great struggle we are coming. They need to try and serve. Not to push it back.

We received the final collection slip and upon collecting we were asked if we collected the item previously. We didn't even receive the first collection slip! Someone didn't do their job perhaps! We had issues with deliveries be4 and it is getting better. Now it's getting worse AGAIN!

I was served by Anna today and she was the rudest customer service representative I’ve come across ever. Was there to renew my sons passport. I only had a digital copy of his birth certificate on me, when I asked her if that would do, she said ‘no, we can’t do that, what do you expect it’s for a passport’. Is that how someone talks to a customer? when I left the counter I heard her mocking me to her colleague’. When I returned with the original copy and told her off for earlier she walked away saying she wasn’t going to serve me. Again bad customer service!

Very poor performance behind the counter. I returned a parcel bought on eBay because it was crushed and contents damaged on delivery and the seller never received it, accused me of stealing the parcel, when it was probably sitting in the rubbish bin somewhere at Australia Post parcel division. 🙁

Hopeless delivery service. We are home and the driver didn't even to bother to knock the door and just left a note to collect the parcel after two days. Kogan has to change the courier service to someone else. This is not the first time that has happened. They deserve no star.

Usually a busy place. Specially on Monday. Parking is other-side of the road. But it is full in busy hours. If that park is full pass the next color light after 10meters then you will find a another car park. Two large red P.O. Boxes are on front. Usual staff is very friendly but occasional replacement staff may seems rude. Passport photo place available. Open on Saturday till 1 PM. Private PO boxes are attached outside the shop wall so it cam be accessible anytime. All the major banks are located near the post office.

On Friday I sent a registered post article from Pakenham to a Berwick address I tracked the package and it was due to be delivered today.- Monday. The recipient was aware of the delivery date and home all day to receive At 4.30 she checked her letter box and there was a notification re unable to deliver as signature is required. Your post person made absolutely no attempt to gain entry or a signature. Very poor performance and a waste of time and money.

This post office always seems to be busy whenever I'm there. However, this is not the fault of the post office itself; perhaps we need more in the area! Today I was served by Carol. She saw that I had multiple packages to post and assisted me to package them in a way that meant I was able to get one of my packages under 1kg, as well as reducing the amount of packaging materials I was using (which meant less waste, big plus for me!). Carol was talkative, friendly and extremely helpful and welcoming. She definitely should be commended on great customer service.

Twice in a couple.of weeks I have left work early to get to this post office to collect a parcel. First time I arrived, it was like 2 minutes to 5 and they were closed. The man inside just stood and looked at me. Ok, fine. The second time i arrived at 5 minute to 5 (2 other people had arrived before me) and again they were CLOSED! ..and again, the man inside stood and looked at us while we knocked on the door. I'm extremely upset that I will have to arrive to work late or leave EXTRA early AGAIN the get my parcel as this guy can't seem to stay open until the specified time. I will be putting in a formal complaint.

When I tried submitting my application for passport, I found the staff were very friendly and helpful. In fact the other post office had messed up my photo despite telling them it was for Passport. The staff here helped me with a quick snap and also with a fresh print out of my application since I failed to notice the print out I was carrying was cut off at the bottom.

Lazy delivery driver to lazy to knock on the door,just leaves the slip in the mail box and drives off before I can get out of my house, this isn't the first time that it has happened, makes it super hard to pick up by 5 when you finish at 4 really disappointed

I have always been served nicely at this place. Today I was served by a lady named Carmel who was rude and obxotious, and condescending. I completed a western union transfer form and did not complete the section which clearly said ‘for new customers’ because I was and existing customer and can easily be looked up from my mobile number which I provided. She was very condescending and made me feel very uncomfortable because I didn’t complete that section.. She proceeded to ask questions which I have never been asked before like ‘are you a citizen?’ (Which I am), and how are you funding this transaction? Through you salary ? Do you have a salary ? And what work do you do? I don’t see why those questions are relevant. I have provided all the documentation required Just because I look like I’m from overseas doesn’t give you the right to treat me like that. I have been a citizen of this country for 30 years and don’t expect to be discriminated against when I’m simply going to the post office to send money overseas, this is not good enough Australia Post, I hope you can have a word with Carmel about the way she deals with her customers!

The parcel pickup people lack any motivation. Not to mention, I’m not even sure they try sometimes. I have been emailed/text by AusPost that my parcel has arrived here and they claim it hasn’t been delivered yet (or that my email/text could be spam - which I’m 100% sure it isn’t). I return the following day and magically my parcel is there! Try going to the Beaconsfield post office if you can, much better service there.

Bad service. I went in to collect a small package, handed the little auspost card to the lady and she told me to show her my ID. Now in the past I've never had to show ID on a small package collection. I told her that on the auspost card it stated NO ID REQUIRED. She refused to give me my package and hesitated to give me my auspost card back. Unfortunately the service here is either hit or miss. I've had good experiences but half of them are bad as well.

Was turned down a passport application of my child saying photo too small and application double sided. Both false claims. Photo was upto requirements as I measured it before going and application is accepted with double sided prints according to passport office website. Luckily next post office accepted it. Never recommend this place for passport applications as they didn't even know the basics.

Very disappoint. I was told by a Aus post representative that I was able to pick up a parcel which was express posted from NSW to Berwick just before closing at 5pm. I arrive before 5pm to find the premises in darkness and two staff members standing at the counter ignoring myself and another man waiting at the door. The clock soon ticked over to 5pm and the staff turned off the lights and left the counter, the man and I still standing at the door waving. Australia Post, if you have bussiness hours, do all us paying customer a favor and stick to them.

Went to the Berwick Australia post office on Friday 29th Dec. Not opened, no sign saying not opened. Lots of people disgruntled at the fact no signage indicating that the store was closed. Every time I go there I'm disappointed with the service.
