The number of times I've had to come in and pick up a parcel when my husband has been home and in the office right next to the front door is infuriating. It is not hard to knock. Don't leave a "we missed you" note when you don't even try.

Bad service they don't know the value of time and customer. I went there to verified my documents they ask me to pay $4.95 first copy and the second one $2.50 I said to that Asian guy I am happy to pay he took my documents and he returned back to me. I ask him what happened he said you have to come back 13:30. There was no customer in post that time. My little one was with me. He wasted my time and refused to verified so I will not go back this post office again.

Always received cards to collect item even though there is someone at home (note: it's a small house, there is no way we can not hear if someone knocks the door/buzz the bell). Ever met one delivery guy (courier) tried to escape without even tried to notify anyone inside the property. Super unhappy, tried to ask aust post to re-send the item, but they wanted me to log a complaint instead. I hope we will be able to attach the physical items on email in the future :-D
