Hi I have an appointment for Passport Application on 17-12-2022 on 11:30am at Dandenong Plaza Post Office Shop, 118 23-55 Mccrae Street Dandenong VIC 3175. When reached to counter, the Chinese Guy (Australia Post Employee) was very rude to me and said to me that I don’t have your appointment, come on Monday. I didn’t entertain you today because I am busy. Is this the way Australia post entertained the customer? Its very very regretful that Australia post wasted time. The staff can easily dodged the customer someone not speaking English very well. Very disgusting behaviour.

Nice post office with better customer service compared to the others in surrounding suburbs, though sometimes it depends on which staff you meet on the day, based on my own experience. The last time I went there I heard the young lady (staff) was a bit impatient with an elderly who was about to lodge a form at the counter, that's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

This is a bargain hunters mecca. Just across the road from Dandenong market. It also boasts an impressive food court. Well worth a side trip when going to the market. Particularly for cheap quality clothes.

I had the misfortune of being served by an elderly woman called Karen, with short blonde hair. She is extremely rude, unprofessional and has no knowledge whatsoever of the products being sold. I walked in there happy and left feeling terrible. No wonder people are moving towards electronic means and self serve checkouts. Her name definitely suits her - KAREN!

Ok, the old lady who served me wasn't helpful at all because she doesn't know much about different docs n just doesn't like to find a way to help you, and while I was waiting there I experienced her behavior changed depending on the customers. The other staff looked very helpful with their customers but my luck, two times I went in there n I was encountered with this lady.

Not the first, or the second, but this is the THIRD time in the past six weeks that a parcel of mine has gone missing. A small parcel of mine has been sitting somewhere in your “Dandenong Warehouse” for a week (according to your app), given Dandenong is barely 15 minutes away from my suburb of residence. $7.00 just for a small package and you can’t deliver one small item a few km’s away in over a week. Absolutely pathetic effort Australia Post!! I am so so so so sick of having to find numbers and call up and trace my package I’ve PAID postage for! Last time, I paid $13 postage for a package that was not even half an hour away from me, took a week and a half, and had to wait lengthy times on the phone to sort out what was the problem and get a rocket under someone - and what a coincidence, the next day, it turned up!! But it shouldn’t take me having to constantly lodge a form/complaint to receive my item. As I always say, I totally understand and respect your delays during this Covid-19, but this is just a joke. Can’t wait for the ban to be lifted as it would be much quicker to drive there and pick up the item rather than pay for and rely on your service, which I would NEVER do again if I had the choice (obviously I don’t with most things bought - it’s a “standard”). Not good enough!! Seeing the “online forms” are practically useless as I’ve done a few before and gotten no response, looks like I’ll be ringing up yet again to track this package. Disgusting service... NOT. HAPPY!! I wish there was a way to give 0 stars - 1 star is too generous. I am in absolute awe and have no words...

Looking over the past reviews, perhaps there has been a major staff changeover recently. As a customer of the last few months, all the staff have been friendly, helpful and genuinely nice. The counter staff have always greeted me with a smile and I have had no issues with any transactions. One time, I turned up at closing time just as the roller door was going down and the lady at the door still let me lodge my prepaid parcel with a receipt and gave it to the postie as he was still collecting the mail out the back. No issues with Australia Post at the plaza :D

I am surprised to see any AUS post having good customer ratings. I will mention here in particular of an old fellow who is rude and don't give a damn to clarify things for you. Mostly all ladies are nice and enough explanatory in nature.

don't even rate 1 stars. I don't think Plaza Post office is franchised like other ones. Some staffs are so rude and abrupt to customers.My wife experienced it on Saturday, where she was yelled at by a staff. I hope you guys do realize that 60% of Dandenongs population is made up of immigrants and at least we expect half decent service.
