Everytime I go in with my son!!!. A lady Scoles him n I for looking/touching the toys (we never opened any). I dread getting her. The other workers are lovely.. My partner went in for photos and came home and said she did it again. I believe she may be the owner. I've seen other reviews that comment on her rude behaviour. She creates a Hostile environment for children and carers.. she is Rude and has a horrible attitude. Your excessive toys or your rude employee/owner needs to reconsidered. Those toys are there to attract the kids attention. It's a place I want to get stuff done. But it looks like a toy store.

First the postman/woman didn’t even bother to knock on the door aft waiting in all day. Only to drive past a post office to get to this one. Tried to call a few times with no answer. Then when I had to go into the shop they seemed to be all over the place. Didn’t even know if my parcel was there. If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service. Rude and dismissive and they are not interested on helping whatsoever. She basically smirked and scoffed at me the whole time, told her colleagues not to help me when they offered to show me how to do something and then proceeded to say I need to serve other people even though I was in front of her ( one other person was waiting) did I mention this was the licensee owner of this office? She refused to give me her name to make a complaint. In the end I got it( Aarti) You know what they say the fish rots from the head. So if she behaves this way im sure her staff think its okay to treat customers this way since their leader does. Called another post office and they were at least polite, and provided assistance.

Thank you so much for serving me very helpful to lady staff (I think her back grand is indian) yesterday before store is close. lots of post office is no service end of day..so it was made me so happy to leave with great choice of toy gifts. This post office has to be the worst one I have ever been to. Packages never arrive on time, and on the rare instances they manage to find them they have either been too busy with their one or two customers to help and ask you to come back in a half hour or another time. Their Star Trak delivery guy is onviously overworked as the staff their cant handle all the deliveries. I am still waiting for a package and tried to phone 6 times before giving up. Everyone I know thinks that they dont know how to run a business and should be made to do a tafe course so they can understand how a business works. Honestly they are a sorry bunch.

I have been trying to call several times today as their website says that they are open. A parcel was delivered but the driver didn't even knock on the door and just put something in the mail box to say the the parcel is at the post office... come on Australia post. We were home but they couldn't be bothered. Just a FYI, this is not the first time. Frustrating.

It used to be good at one time before with the original owner, unfortunately poor man lost his life when a robbery at the post office occurred and he was killed. The person who took over does not have the professional or customer skills required for this post and even after complaints to Australia Post they have not changed her. The other staff are not so bad although even they could improve, its the Manager her who needs to be pulled up. Australia post needs to get a post office in Derrimut to reduce the pressure on the Deer Park Lpo and to give us a better service in our local area.

Worst post office compared to any Post office l have ever used.I do a lot of online business and at times l'll be needing simply information like a copy of my signed customs Declaration form and no one seems to want to do their job and very rude or not keen to talk to and render service they're employeed to do.Australia Post had to intervene just for them to give me a Customs Declaration form, the whole ordeal lasted two weeks of five visits just for a simply service.Am now having to travel to Caroline Springs Post Office to send parcels.

Under new management, such lovely people running this place now. A bit slow while they are learning so give them a break and expect some delays people, dont go here if you are in a hurry and dont give them bad reviews for it because if you knew the previous owners these guys are a god send. Wish I could give a star less than one. After waiting in the queue for more than 15 minutes, I asked for some information for 500g package to be sent overseas. And when I asked about the charges for 1kg package. The representative, who seemed to be from Vietnam, refused to answer and said she cannot stand whole day to tell me. It was rude and very disappointing. I stood in the queue again and the other lady took just a second to tell me the charges. If you visit the Aus post, please avoid getting served by the vietnamese lady who was loud and very arrogant. I was almost in tears due to her loud and degrading behavior. I wish I had known her name! But she wasnt wearing any badge!

Do not send anything of value from this post office. The individual who served me suspiciously asked me what I was sending exactly (a $200 item in which I did not disclose). I said a gift. My item has had no tracking updates since dropping it off two weeks ago and I have lodged an enquiry which I have not yet heard back. Never again

Every time I come here, I have a terrible experience but I have no choice since it is my local post office. Last week, I went to this post office to get my documents certified as well as buy a pre-paid postage envelope. When I first got in line to be served, I approached the first male worker at the desk and asked to get my documents certified, he yelled, "Wait for her and stand over there!" while pointing at the female manager next to him then pointing at a random post. So, I did what I was told, waited but did not get attended to by the manager until after seeing multiple customers that were behind me in the queue! So I then had to take the initiative to walk to her in between her serving customers so that I can get served. When that eventually happened, I asked if I could get my documents certified, and she says "How many?! 2?!" in an unfriendly manner. "Yes, I've got 2 documents to be certified.." I replied, and without me saying anything afterwards, the manager yells at me "THIS IS NOT A FREE SERVICE YOU KNOW?!", so I replied "Okay, sorry I didn't know?.." and so I also showed her that I wanted to purchase the pre-paid postage envelope. It scanned to a total of $9.40 and I wanted to pay by EFTPOS, so she put it through the machine. I then paypassed for the transaction but while I did that she was staring at the wall. The transaction approved but a receipt did not print. Then she yells at me again "IT DIDN'T WORK! YOU HAVE TO DO IT AGAIN!" and I replied "Oh, I thought it went through?.." but then she says "NO. YOU HAVE TO TRY AGAIN!". And so she restarted the transaction, but instead of putting 2 documents and 1 envelope totalling to $9.40, she put it as 1 item = $9.40 and so I paypassed again, and this time she was watching the machine and so it approved but the receipt didn't print again. So she replaced the receipt roll in the machine and printed a new receipt for the last transaction and gave it to me and dismissed me, yelling "NEXT!". Two days after the transaction had been processed through my bank account, I checked my CommBank app and it appeared to show that I paid the post office $9.40 twice. But by then, I couldn't go back and ask for it to be refunded as I do not have any proof of the very first transaction. Overall, staff at this post office are very rude and stubborn. They provide terrible customer service and are dismissive towards customers. If I could put 0 stars for the rating, I would. Do not go to this post office expecting that you will be treated like a human being. Australia Post's head office should really do something about this issue since it's not just me experiencing horrible service here.

I have a product to return to TVSN on a reply paid basis. The person at the Auspost counter had NO idea of what to do, had no interest in finding out and when I rang TVSN from there, the person on the phone wanted to talk to the Auspost clerk to give her instructions but she was not interested in talking to the TVSN rep. Apart from her being on her mobile phone whilst I waited for service, I have been in that PO about 4 times and the service has always been well below ordinary. This could be the worst post office in Australia. Aust Post, do something about it.
