So upset by this place. I had a parcel meant to be delivered, waited two wks with no parcel. Yet other parcels from the same seller and others arriving no problems. Spoke to Debbie there and put in a query . get a pH call the next day to say the delivery driver had put the parcel in the letter box. I told her "I'm sorry I Dont believe that the driver did that as every other parcel has arrived bar my $45 one. " with that she slammed the pH in my ear. Totally shattered and shocked at the rudeness. Have the same problems in store. There's a male staff member that is straight out rude every time I go in there. Only go in there when totally necessary as hate going in there so much.
