Worst service I've had at a post office. Asked for final postage price before sending, gave me the price, went to pay, tried to charge me extra and said his system "updated it" to more. I understand errors so went to post in cheaper satchel, then tried to charge me for other parcel because I had written on box, I'm sorry but you can't charge someone for your error, if it was my mistake it would have been a different story but how many people are getting scammed out of money like this!? HAVE EDITED THIS POST FOR A SECOND TIME DUE TO MORE DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE I proceeded to the counter to post 2 packages, one was fine but the other wouldn't load the address from ebay page so I asked to pay for satchel and come back to post (I know this can be done, I sent frequently and quite often have had to do it) she then took my parcel off me and said no you will have to leave it here and come back. I said no sorry i will not leave my valuable items here as I wouldn't be back for a few more days (pretty understandable I assume) and I would just take my item back then. She was nothing but rude for the whole transaction, couldn't crack a smile. I pressed the "no insurance" button as I always do (I post daily I know this is the process, has never been an issue as thats what they ask you to do) she gave me the most evil look and said "I didn't ask you to touch that" so I told her to stop being so rude and she abused me telling me "don't start" what kind of person has a job in customer service if they can't even serve a customer properly.
