Always big queues. The post office starts to look like an Asian grocery store selling everything but post items. Very hard for visually impaired to move among all the shelves placed in the centre.

I have visited Australia post Gungahlin hoping that I will not get this lady to serve me and unfortunately she was the one I have got again. There is a lady probably with nose pin on Tuesday worst of service u can expect. It is the second time I have faced her the service is so awful maybe coz she could see m indian. This rating specifically for her and I wish I could have give 0 star .

Absolutely Disappointed at Australia Post. they said my passport would be ready in about 6 weeks but it's been almost a year now and nothing's happened. I contacted them but still no response. Absolutely Disappointed. 😡😡😡

I went in yesterday extremely nervous bc I had to send something expensive overseas and I’d never done so before. A man named Peter went above and beyond to not only calm me but also help me wrap the gift. Never had better customer service in my entire life.
