Literally the most incompetent people I’ve ever met considering they’ve been working in this post office for so long they have zero clue as to what’s going on and identity. She had a heart attack when I showed her my LEGIT SERVICE NSW ID that I have on the service NSW app and my brother had his name on the box and she kept saying it’s not him despite all his identification, receipt, email order for pick up. They speak to themselves right in front of your face in another language and make it as if they’re doing you a favor for simply doing their job and gets annoyed at the fact that THEY THEMSELVES don’t understand how to do this. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS BOTH FROM THESE WORKERS. I regret every time I miss the post man and see pick up letter stuck to my door with their LPO as the pick up location

I have been utilising Granville Post Office for my mail and parcel services since 2018. My experience with the Granville LPO has been very positive over the years and with every visit, I am made to feel welcome and receive quality service from the staff especially Pat and Maryme. I am satisfied with the service, waiting period, the staff skills and attitude. I would recommend this PO branch to all of my contacts. They are great people.

I find it ridiculous that a post office doesn't open on the weekends - people who work regular Monday to Friday jobs don't have time to arrive at your store by 5pm in the afternoon. What's the point of using this public service when it's unavailable to the general public... You can see that they placed a 'closed' sticker over their Saturday opening... What for?

The delivery drivers here are incredibly lazy or on a crunch for time. Often, they either LAUNCH THE PACKAGE (even FRAGILE ONES) into our door or take the effort to knock on the door, wait 5-10 seconds then immedietly leave EVEN IF they hear you call out. In the post office, a staff member we were with seemed really rude too. "What do you need" "Sign here" where's the hello, or any other manners. Wait times on some days are also just as bad with one person serving over 20 people queuing to the door. Would NOT reccomend.

This happens all the time. The postie working for this Granville branch is just too lazy. He never rings the bell for the delivery just straightaway takes the package to the post office for collection. I usually work on the weekdays so it's really hard for me to collect my parcel. There's been a lot of complaints about the postie but no action has been taken against him. I'll be taking this problem to the proper authorities. The postie just cares about his convinence not the job.

I went to pick up my parcel today , The customer service guy asked for ID and if I have received the SMS . He looked at my SMS and NSW driving License still refused to give me my parcel as he wanted to verify if I am working for Same company. It was very much intention to play tricks and misbehave with me as How can i receive the sms if my parcel is not there and 2ndly my driving license should have been more than enough to hold my identity. These guys are just the custodian of the product and not the owner but they are simple rude people and believe in misbehaving with customer . Never go this centre and I am going to raise with appropriate forum for the license given to those people to run the post. They do not deserve to have the ability to run it

I use this post office a lot, and I always receive great service. The staff here really work hard to get things done for you and on the odd occasion when things have gone pear shaped, they've always striven to fix the matter. Very professional and they're friendly too.

Hi, I went to collect my emergency parcel yesterday at around 4:50pm, the shop was closed already. It was supposed to close at 5:00 pm as per their notice. Again this morning, I have been trying to call them, more than 17 times, just to have queries regarding the same matter, but nobody is receiving the call and the phone line is busy in few occasions which means the shop is open. Such an irresponsible post office.

Visited aus Post to collect my local guide badge. Received within 5 minutes. There was no rush. Friendly staff. This post office just opposite to Granville station.

The best thing about this post office is that they are open on Saturday mornings. 9am-12pm on Saturdays - very handy for this who have busy weekday lives. I've always found the service at this post office is excellent. Located opposite the train station and around the corner from the main shopping district of Granville. On-street parking available here - but it is generally hard to jag a carpark spot out of the front. The post box to send mail is located a few metres east of the post office.

I now have 2 parcels waiting to be processed in this establishment. They are Christmas presents and I need them yet they haven’t seemed to move. I’d appreciate it if I could get my parcels that I payed good money for in good time. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect you to do your job efficiently especially around this time of year.
