I find that every time I've needed to go into the Grafton NSW Postal Shop that the staff have been very helpful & no matter what my dilemma was they handled it with dignity. I've also been there when there has been an abusive customer but they've NEVER (to my knowledge) been rude back to them or treated them badly. It's a joy to go into my Australia Post Shop as I come out smiling - now how many people can say that I ask you ?

Nice building - bad setup inside , Staff arent rude but you can see their frustration , Unlike a supermarket if your lane is too long you go to a shorter one , here they seem to be obsessed about who should be served first . I feel sorry for the staff who have to bear the brunt of the stupid setup .
