Have been trying to collect a package for over a week now but it’s shut for renovations. Called head office and no one knows what’s happening or when it will be back open. Apparently nothing on their system. Was told to call back each day until it open. Website hours aren’t updated and are wrong online as well so don’t bother going down.

Went to complete my verification of identity and was told I could not use my foreign birth certificate as a document. Ended up going to the Chirnside branch and they accepted it straight away. Do not recommend going to this branch if you need any kind of documents verified.

This is the best post office in the eastern suburbs. Eric has to be most officiant and extremely pleasant AusPost employee. Keep up good work. Deserve big bonus but not promotion or to be moved elsewhere. Keep him there.

Terribly poor customer service. Never apply your passport with this centre as they regularly change their mind about the required documents. They push you just to take passport photos in their office. Ver demanding staff

Went to send money via Western Union today. This is the first time I have been refused to be able to do it over the counter. Any other post office or newsagent no problem. I was told I had to fill in the paper work like I was doing it for the first time. Sorry Croydon you just lost a customer.

Terrible. When the parcel lockers are full, parcels are redirected to the post office. Staff have to follow their standard processes in order for the customer to be notified the parcel is ready for pickup. At Croydon, this works 50% of the time as they don't follow their own processes. Slow staff and no change of pace regardless of how many in the queue. Croydon is also not typically staffed appropriately for the number of people requiring service.

Very rude staffs, i can feel they took their emotions what ever happened behind the bars, reflecting on customers. which was not ok at all. I've been coming here for 6 years and does the express international parcels very often. I am very disappointed of today's service. I felt uncomfortable. as some baggaging mistakes, they had to cut my parcel open to repack it. but i felt very insecure by being told off of wanting to see and make sure my own express international parcel re seal properly. I believe i have the right to make sure the sticky tape was 100% secure.

Went to get my WWC card and upon arrival the lady was just rude,I could not even see a name tag on her.Gave her my Western Australian drivers licence for ID verification and because of her ignorance and the colour of my skin she immediately tossed it away and said we don’t accept foreign drivers licence!How stupid!!She also wanted me to get a bank statement when she could use my bank card...shameful you find such racists even at the post office..pathetic
