DO NOT GO TO THIS POST OFFICE, GO TO ANOTHER STORE EVEN IF IT'S IN ANOTHER COUNTRY. (if i could give them 0 stars I would) They are utterly the most useless things in existence, the rudeness displayed is on a whole other level. They do not understand how anything works and will shift the most insignificant, obsolete blame onto anything and anyone else. every experience at this post office will affect your brain. Never associate with these uneducated earth worms. They have peanuts for brains.

Terrible experience of renewing passport in this store! We went to this store FOUR times and were told various non-compliant things each time. They don't go through you document and not helpful in any way. Sarah was the lady in charge of the passport issue in this store and told us the picture didn't meet the requirement even we followed the instructions from Government website. Then we went to another Post Office and check with two employee. All of them told us that our photo meet the regulations and good to use. What a terrible service and waste of time!

GO TO ANOTHER POST OFFICE!! They have the worst managers ever in this store. ANDREA, who supposedly has worked â40 yearsâ in this post office, cannot recognise postal stamps from the 80s and 90s when I use them. Proceeds to give me a hard time saying my stamps are âfakeâ and that my tracking labels are âwrongâ when I try posting parcels every single time, when I have never had this issue with any other post office. The other manager, LUCY, is the same. Very rude and refuses to listen. The old Indian man in the left corner of the store, like ANDREA, gives everybody a hard time, including myself. I am a small business often posting hundreds of parcels a month, so I spend hours here and have seen the bad service Andrea, Lucy and the old Indian man gives to all customers. However, the rest of the staff, especially Lisa, are awesome. This would be a great post office if not for the horrendous management.

Had a very bad experience interacting with the staff. I was trying to return an item, and to be safe, picked the exact same type of envelope it came in originally. Was rudely told by a person in the staff that it was the wrong envelope, even after I showed how I was just trying to use the original packaging. Clearly better words could be used in communicating with a customer attempting to use their service with the best intentions.

The staff are great! There is an opportunity here for the organisation to look at improving its business processes though. No need to reinvent the wheel, just take a look at some newer organisations for ideas. Self service pickup would be fantastic!

Really bad experience sending a parcel. They told me the parcel was too big and they couldnât take it, and I had to arrange a courier service to get the parcel picked up. The next day tried another aus post 5 mins of drive away, the parcel was taken right away.

the lady who served me was nice. the only thing which they could improve is that when i lodged the prepaid satchel, seems like no one scanned it and lodged it, which made me can't track it online. the tracking number lost its meaning of tracking

One of the female stuff there was very rude and not really trying to help. I was asking for seeing if my parcel get there all she did was just telling what I can find already on the website and not letting me finish my talking and alway kept repeating herself. I suggest the auspost in Burwood for better post service. Last time I was trying to post something very big and the stuff there try to help me save money and fit my shoe box in the post bag.

Very rude service from one of your staff, the worst I ever come across that I had to walked off, he is in his late 50s, caucasian and wear glasses. I had a question regarding about the express post medium size, the envelop says for valuable document such as passport and will, please pay extra. I would like to know if I want to send my passport away which envelop I need to purchase. he is either racism or hate his job so much that he hates anyone asking him any question. His attitude was unbelievable, he said I can put the passport in any envelop, I told him to read the envelop as it says for passport or will, it needs extra cover. He was aggressive took the envelop to read it. Then he said passport isn't valuable but if I want it to cover I pay extra $4. I really need to buy that express envelop to send my documents to the embassy but I can't stand that guy even 1 second further. I hope you guys talk to him regarding about this customer service as he doesn't have any. Please check the camera if you don't believe what I said I was there between 2:50-3pm

Needs to improve its opening hours. The majority of pepole work 9-5 hence why they arent available when the postman arrives with packages so its a struggle to packages when people, post men and the post office all work the same schedule.
