Very impressive building for Post Office and very happy with the staff who took care us. She is very polite and helpful. Plus, there are many good prices items and toys to shop there as well... We end up with 2 big bags, in stead of just a candle.

The postman at Beardy st when delivering package will look up the address as Unit 5 and drop it at unit 5 failing to read that there are many unit 5 ‘ s in Armidale. I have my parcels sent it to the next group of units many a times. The guy who lives there will open up my packages and return at my post opened. Australia post please employ people who can read the entire address. Thank you.

Was told to go back to Sydney to return my unopened pack of 100 envelopes which were recently purchased from a company store in original condition with receipt because their stock levels would be out by 1 and they will questioned as to why are they serious? What a horrible thing to hear from a company that owns the national delivery service its like they’re stuck in 1898 probably when the branch opened I get better service from Woolworths who probably aren’t paid nearly as much as these neanderthals never in a million years would I think of treating one of my customers in that way I’ve moved on to give good service it’s about time they did also

Have been doing business with the Armidale Post office for many years now and the service is great. Have also organised passports through their service and they were done in a timely manner. As someone who posts and receives packages regularly, I have many positive experiences with the staff. Thank you for continuing to give us good service during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Appalling customer service. I have now had an important parcel returned to sender twice because the suburb was written as "Armidale" instead of "Castle Doyle". Was otherwise addressed correctly, correct name, correct street and number, and they should know my name because I'm in there nearly every other day collecting the parcels they won't deliver to my house because I live 10 minutes out of town and have a long driveway they won't go down. Hopeless.

Parcel was delivered to Armidale on Thurs 25th July, here it is Friday 2nd August and it still has not been delivered, don't you love EXPRESS POST !!! Tracked it through AUS POST and all they can tell me is " it is in transit"

Should be absolutely ashamed of their incompetence, never been met with a more unprofessional buisness and CANNOT even begin to voice my mortifying experience here, the people there have a couple.plete lack of knowledge to do with anything that should be ingrained in their job, was told 2 prices of total conflicting information for OBTAINING A PASSPORT, resulting in thousands of dollars wasted and a would be dream trip overseas cut severely short all because God decided that this post office should be entirely composed of people who hate their lives and only live to oppress anyone they get to come into contact with, disgusting
