I have never had an issue at this post office but the reason for my 1 star is Australia post in general is the worst courier company around. Delivery drivers in the area rock up at your house don't even take the parcels out of there van then put a we missed you card then take it back out but then still deliver it the post office. Bunch of lazy people!! We were home mind you... What are we paying for really? I jumped straight in my car but of course they always speed so i couldn't catch him. Also not to mention when a parcel does get dropped off there is no knock at the door or it is left at the front door when a signature is required!!! Australia post goes on about how there services are better than ever i can't help but laugh they are an absolute joke. Another company needs to come in and take over

I was chasing post offices to apply passsport renewal.. We were tried one of the post office in Seville grove on Saturday around 10:50am they said they can't take passport interviews at that time. Then I tried in Armadale post office on the same day around 11:45 am approched them and asked is this the right time for passport interview? They agreed to take the interview and it went through good. They are very friendly...

Very unprofessional and incompetent staff, provided wrong information to us and lied as well. no regards for customers and very rude, We have logged complaint and then next day they try to threaten us and said they can’t provide service and harassed us. Now we have escalated the complaint further, hopefully someone teach them some manners and give some customer service training, just sick of idiots like that in our society.

Exactly what you would expect from Gov business, punch of incompetent employees who enjoy job security so nothing else needs to be done. Nothing needs improvement, no need to put any effort, that includes customer service & the information the employees know about the service and products. No need for self education about products. No need for my review as well, nothing will happen, nothing will be.....just a regular secure gov job to enjoy and lay back! Lost 20 days in mail cos the fabulous employees over there suggested the wrong service to be used, they not aware of which service covers how much value, went to 3 different employees, each of them gave me different conflicted info about the same product and couple of them (2 ladies) are just rude. Can we use different service provider? No..... simple answer means that this review doesn't worth the time used to type it! Service won't improve, cos no need for that, no competition.

Hilarious place! We play this game where I go to pick up a parcel, and they disappear out the back three times and still can't find it. Next, they make it seem like I don't know my own name or address, and have to ask the computer if I'm telling the truth. Then, they act as though it's my fault they can't find the parcel, like I've hidden it from them. BONUS ROUND: they find the parcel, and blame me (sometimes the computer) for their own ineptitude. Best game ever! Has me in stitches every time!

Staff forgot to give me my Lodgement Receipt but what annoyed me was that he blamed me for "taking off too quick" instead of apologising to me when I went back for it. Wasted so much time going back to get it while he could've just called me with the phone number on the account and keep it aside for me so I can grab it on my next trip. It's okay to forget or make mistake but own it instead of blaming it on your customer. Definitely not satisfied with that kind of attitude.

This is second time this month the delivery person drop my parcell to wrong adress.the house owner even had to convince him he was wrong at wrong address . Not even bother getting signed as stated on instruction just dropped at door . If your parcell are going through this place make sure you have insurance as you will need it when parcell lost. WELL guess they do take notice of feed back .heres photos how my parcels arrive now
