Those suggesting she is anything other than that, I would suggest you rethink how you are approaching people in the service industry. In my experience, you get exactly what you give.

Aupost really need to consider their opening and closing hour. 9-5 is exactly working time for everyone. In the morning at 9am people line up til outside, same thing happen before 5pm. The staff with false eyelashes doesn’t even care enough to look for my items because I didn’t receive any tracking number and ask me to see another staff if I still want a help. I don’t even have time to line up again. RUDE and not helpful

I went to there to collect my parcel. But they said they cannot find and if we find it call you. They did not call me and send my parcel back to sender. I contact sender but they cannot re sent again. I cannot buy again same price. I really disappointed 😡

I've had very good experiences on 3 occasions in the last 2 months. I've come running in at 4.45pm, asking for satchels, stamps, asking what's the best way to send this or that thing... and I've had staff looking up price comparisons between postage & satchels, and helping me choose the best option. When I told Peter I'd be giving a good review, Sharon, Ash and Sue all called out their names, saying "Don't forget us!" The atmosphere was fun, and the attitude was helpful.

Huge line 10 minutes before closing time. Might be time for AusPost to consider more reasonable opening hours? 2 stars to auspost management and not the staff. Staff were nice enough to let us all in and work back after 5.

I can definitely tell the work productivity way better than before under the new management (roughly couple of years now). There are still long queues most times but that’s because ppl shop more online and sometimes AU post like sending cards of delivery failure even though I have been home all day. It takes time to see the progress in the is high labour cost country but I feel change so congrats!

I definitely understand all of the low reviews, but I really think that this LPO deserves a lot more credit. Every worker I've spoken to there has done their best to help me get my packages. They've worked their butts off in the middle of the most difficult time for AusPost. We always have a joke and a laugh when I get to the counter - even when the queue is huge! I hope they have a chance soon to get the respect and thanks they deserve - maybe a raise, and/or another staff member to help out! Whatever happens, I always know that the staff at this LPO will do what they can to help :^)

I've lived here for 20 years and have been using the Arncliffe post office that long but when Sue and Lal and their staff took over its been so lovely to always be greeted with a smile...the staff are all such lovely people and go above and beyond for their customers needs....I've seen such rude people come in but they always keep their composure in order to resolve any issues...that's fantastic customer service!!!....Two thumbs up to Arncliffe post office staff for customer service and friendliness...I always look forward to seeing them each time I visit

The PO has improved greatly. I gave it a 1 star review a few years ago but the new owners or someone has turned it around. The servers are polite and there were 3 on at midday, the air con was on and it was a quick turn around. I no longer dread going here.

Updated June 2022: so many people lining up outside the building on Saturday morning. Not even sure how the staff can serve so many people before closing time at 12pm. Not sure how the AU post parcel delivery system works but I really wish not to come here for collections. Initial comments in March 2022: Seriously? It's raining cats and dogs everyday now and they are asking me to visit this office and collect my parcel which should be delivered to front door yesterday... I really don't get how this delivery system works. Isn't it supposed to make people's life easier??

If I could rate 0 I would. The customer service at this post office is beyond horrible. Every time I have gone in to collect a parcel they can never find it and get frustrated with me. They seem to have no organisation at all. I have witnessed them be very rude to anyone that is not of their race. Today I attempted to apply for my daughters passport and they told me to come back in 30 minutes when the lady who does them is there. Myself and 1 other person turned up 30 mins later to be told to come back in another 30 minutes. When asked when she would be here the response was 'I can't just click my fingers and she will be here'. We waited for another 30 minutes and she did not show up. Absolutely no apology from anyone there and made us feel like we were being rude by asking when will she be here. Such a simple process turned into the biggest ordeal. It seems like their staff are always in a bad mood and very quick to be defensive at any question or query. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT OR IT WILL RUIN YOUR DAY!

Postmen never attempt deliveries. I was at home on numerous occasions but got “we missed you” messages. They are just lazy. They don’t come to your place but take parcels to the PO instead.

Not reliable service. The manager (Dolores) does not check ID when items collected and I had my item stolen by someone who signed and collected my parcel. Reported to Police and Lodged a complaint to Australia Post and waiting for the result. Never had this problem before in my life. Be careful when your local LPO is there. Best to avoid it.

Honestly great service and the people behind the counter are nice but it's not a very covid safe environment. The staff have their masks beneath their chins and nose and at times more than 5 people can be seen crammed into the shop. I once told a lady once as I was collecting that I had 8 people behind me and she just shrugged it off and said it didn't matter since I was leaving anyway.

3 requests over 2 months to redirect a parcel. It gets returned to sender. This site is not fit for purpose. it is also not close to where the majority of of residents in its service area. This site should be closed and relocated to Wolli Creek in a premise that is large enough to handle the volume.

Horrible post office. I would rather drive further to Mascot post office just to avoid this dreadful place even though it is only 5 minutes from my house. Very rude and aggressive. Never had a good experience with this type of people.
