Once served it was great but while at counter waiting to be served two ladies , one on phone , looked like texting or playing a game the other moving boxes. They looked at each other and continued without serving. Once I got served was good service but not wanting to serve a customer it very poor. Edit, "not open Saturday" at all unlike Google says.

Probably the best post office I have ever been too! Great selection of office essentials and on the go products! Alert and attentive staff! Couldn't ask for more!

Just the worst bloody service regarding parcels. Owner could NOT give a stuff about helping out the missus track down a parcel that was missing. It wasn't missing it was there under the desk. Gent claimed the parcel collect number wasn't there, grab the package and there it is. Owner could not give a flying rats freckle about, whats it called, customer relations or generally being helpful. It's a service industry guys, we were being polite and friendly, work with us a bit eh? note: Shifted all our business to the Market st Post office - marvelous service from the ladies. Vast improvement.

I super like that this post office at 8AM!! Even on Saturdays. The Postmaster is kind, helpful & efficient. The store is also a Newsagency & lottery kiosk so things can get a bit busy at times, but no worries, just wait a bit & the owner or staff always come attend to the PO side of the business.
