Called in for a coffee, machine was ready but the assistant never came near us. Waited 5 minutes while she put cards on the shelf as if we weren't there. Left and went further along the road.

Visited today for a coffee and snack, no other customers were waiting. The woman at the counter was engaged in a social conversation and did not bother acknowledging me. Waited for seven minutes then walked out. Very poor.
