My parcel has been “waiting for collection” at this post office since the 9th of January. I’ve lodged a customer enquiry with no luck. I’ve been up there 5/6 times looking for it with no luck, I’ve checked my po. Box countless times as well. These things happen and so I wasn’t that bothered until my mother went in today and got a mouthful about the parcel being in the parcel locker for to long. First of all we went and checked the locker, it’s not in there. Secondly the way these ladies were speaking to my mother was absolutely atrocious. They are severely lacking in customer service skills. Blaming us for there mistakes is quite frankly just embarrassing.
