This branch is very unreliable and unprofessional. Twice now I have been contacted that my mail has been returned to sender from the post office branch. I have paid for this post box for over 20 years and have now found out this has been going on for years. If you are sending secure mail to this place I highly recommend you try elsewhere.

Twice I've been here recently and twice I've been overcharged for postage by two different ladies. Both times after questioning them, the costs were corrected but this should not happen. One time I was charged an international rate instead of domestic and the other I was charged a parcel rate instead of a large letter rate. To the average person that may not know the costs they simply would have been overcharged. I've never had to worry about this at any other post office so now will be looking at costs every time before I attend. Whilst everyone here is friendly, this should not happen.

I prefer Buderim post office over the many other choices. The staff are very helpful, super friendly and if you choose your timing right, you can get in and out very quickly.

Oh this is my favourite Post Office. Like man behind counter...always helpful. Girls pleasant too. Good range of services and many extras you can buy at Post Offices these days. Parking right outside. Really good fruit shop in complex. The Monkey coffee shop and the unsurpassed Fenwick fruit...Laundrette. Good parking

I can’t get over how amazing the staff are at Buderim Post Office. Every time I walk in they are all so super friendly and helpful. I honestly have not had one bad experience.

The post office folk at the actual post office are nothing short of awesome and marvellous but the postie that delivers along the York Rd Buderim route is terrible!!!!! I live in York Rd and we are all receiving one another's mail!!! I also was delivered someone's mail from 'Mera Grove' which is more than a couple of streets away from York Rd. Please if there is a better way than this to get this situation looked in to, please let me know!
