Parcel arrived OPENED!!! WTFFFFF??? My contents basically fell out and it was obvious someone has tampered my item. My tracking led to the last place being the Braeside PO. It's not possible that no one could notice something like this.

What an unprofessional bunch of people! Some days they are in a good mood, some days not...But it shows so much! If your not in a good mood, don't make it felt by your customers! I do not appreciate being on the receiving end of your horrible attitude just because you woke up on the wrong side of the bed! You close at 5.30pm!...That does not mean you turn the lights off and lock the door at 5.25pm! Get your act together Braeside, if you don't like your job, please give it up to someone who would appreciate it. You guys make Aus Post look bad... I hope head office looks at this, it's time to review all the staff at Braeside branch. Definitely time for staff turnover!

Seems to be understaffed. I've had parcels sit there for over a day before being put in the parcel locker for pickup. I've also had parcels addressed to the parcel locker sent to my home address and then taken to a post office when deliverable at home. I've also had parcels needed to be picked up at the counter as parcel lockers are full, so instead of picking up Friday afternoon I need to make a trip in on Monday morning the next week.

We are a busy commercial retail business, we have a inwards goods at the back door and also we have a front door. The property is teeming with staff. Yet a "missed you" card is left instead of the package. Absolute disgrace.

My parcel was too large to fit into the Post Box. I asked to hand it over the counter and was told in need to go to a Post Office. Funny I thought I was in a Post Office. Seems Business Centres don't accept parcels over the counter.
