My daughter went in to go ask about how to send a package, she has autism and finds it hard to talk. When she tried to ask them questions they kept laughing at her and being snobby, ended up not letting her even send a package and she came out in tears. Awful staff

I have registered with Australia post. Where I live I can't have parcels left unless ill be home. I had my parcel left in the parcel locker that is in the plaza with kmart. It's outside coles. So easy to use. I just had to scan the barcode and enter my phone number the parcel door opened and I collected. They give you a time and what date it needs to be picked up bye. Much easier than lining up in the post office or stressing about lost items. I'll be using it every time.

Saturday opening hours are false. Apparently shuts at 12:30, went to pick something up at 12:10 and they were already well closed, lights off, no one around. Keeping to the hours advertised is just too much for them apparently. Absolutely incompetent.

Horrible for shipping items. They never take care when shipping items or when getting an item shipped to the store for your needs. I think that they need a staff refresher and definitely a better range. We just use the Upper Burnie Post Office as they are trustworthy unlike these scumbags.

Was charged for 3 months redirection and given only 1 when my form clearly said 1 month, the young girl who did it had a serious attitude problem and after i got my refund the staff wouldn't even help me get the phone number of a neighboring post office because i was confused after moving 2 streets and therefore falling under another post office. 👎👎👎

Absolutely pathetic....Was sent a text asking me if someone will be home to collect 3k+ worth of goods being delivered to my place or if Id prefer to have it left at post office....I request post office and the m0ron delivery driver instead leaves 3k+ worth of electronics sitting in the rain for me to find hours later....Why bother asking me if I want it left at a post office?....not to mentioned the driver had to have forged my signature because the delivery was to be signed for and no one was home to sign....absolutely pathetic service from burnie Auspost.....and cr!minal if he forged my signature....

Sent a package to my friend from usa. It gets through everything. Perfectly until it hits here to be deleivered. My friend called and they said yes we have the package. Then instead of delivering it they send it to Sydney. Now they say they dont know where it is.. This post office is the worst ive ever heard of. And ill have to make .A international claim if this post office can't find the package they are messing with. How hard is it to deliver a package clearly to the address on the box. It went form usa all the way to Australia with no problems. Maybe its time to find better workers as it seems many are having problems with this post office. I know one thing im not gonna be out of $100.00 because of people who cant do their jobs.

Got messed over so many times, had my package returned to sender because I didn't have any I'd at the time I said well I don't have any young girl had attitufe and said well we have to send it back this was a $1300 phone and I had to wait an extra month for something I paid for
