The waiting line is so long and slow, they should have a seperate line for pick up...i wanted to change coins for my bills and they wouldn't give me over 10 coins....so stingy..no chairs for waiting so long, no lines for disabled people either. I hope they can be more helpful in the future. Most thing i hate is the waiting....

The two workers that I have talked to are very unfriendly. One of them is a middle-aged female who looks Asian, and another one is a middle-aged white female. The lady with short hair was rude and respect less. I just kindly asked a colleague in the store for help because I used the wrong photo, and she stopped the employee by shouting, “ it’s none of our business!” I never saw a colleague in any other shop with this rude and mean attitude. She just didn’t even have the basic manner to customers. When I asked for the manager's phone number for complaints, she told me,” I am the manager”.

Had a very nice encounter with the Asian lady. She was very friendly, smiling and patient throughout the whole process of my passport lodgement. So much better than the lidcombe post office who gave me nothing but attitude and in the end I couldn't get my passport lodged at the lidcombe branch.

Had worst experience in this post office Staff looks so angry all the time, and the contactless eftpos machine doesn’t work, I wasn’t able to make payment with my phone..stuff get angry about why I don’t have my debit card on me.. I have to revisit a different post shop to get my request completed. If the tools are not working, fix it and also fix your attitude before you help customers I understand everyone is time poor, especially on a busy Friday, but if customer facing job brings you this much anger, maybe you should consider to change a job…

I don't think it deserves any star actually I have an overseas non-trackable parcel coming to me, however I was NEVER been informed the parcel is ready for collection by any means until I got an "URGENT reminder card" - which is already overdue for over 10 days (I checked my mailbox twice a week, I have no idea how did it happen). My parcel is therefore returning to oversea sender anyway. It's unfair that I have to pay for the reshipment when I was NOT even being notified about the parcel arrival :) I have to say it was not the first time happening and am extremely upset on the service - can you imagine this is happening in 2022 not the 1960s?

I can see why others have had the same problems with the Middle Aged Asian lady. She refused to lodge my “postage paid” parcel claiming postage underpaid. Was later lodged at neighbouring PO no issues. She shouldn’t be creating problems with customers without any basis. She’s a disservice to Australia post and a disservice to the community Burwood of Burwood that she serves. Complete waste of tax payers on her wages. Shame on her.

Worst post office service ever i had I don’t even want to give 1 star.. not deserve for any star Jenny Served me for passport photo taken and she never offered me complimentary digital photo. When i asked her for digital photo send to my email.. she got agitated and she told me it is not her responsibility to ask customer about it. And she doesn’t need to ask .. she rises her voice and kept telling me i am so rude.. All i asked her is to send me digital photo to my email and if it is too late, i am ok .. but she was so agitated and super rude,, telling customer was rude.. even she is rhe super Rude Person.. Excellent service every time. Dropping in a return on a rush, forgot to seal the parcel and stick on the return label. Dom? is very observant and kind, “you can leave the rest to me” I was able to leave the post office within one minute. Thank you so much, I’ll try to be more organised next time ;)

I went to pick up my urgent letter on Tuesday. When I was called, a white lady show her computer screen to me and said nothing, then I ask again, she just became so impatient and said look at the screen. Is that really hard to say a word? yes or no? Such a mean and rude staff. If I can rate 0 star, I will give 0 for 100%. Terrible service and negative attitude for sure.

Next time lady, why don't you put up a sign " Customers, Please don't make mistakes here, we take it very seriously and will reprimand you for it" If this wasn't for a Post Office they'd be closed down.

Postman will never attempt to deliver parcels to any buildings in this area.Each time we need to goto post office to collect it without card.Staff out there are full of attitude and has very less patience to search for parcels.Especially one chinese old lady who always make fun of customer collecting parcels and laughing at old people.I really HATE to go there every single time.
