Come here mostly everyday or at least few days a week and the usual staff are very friendly and accommodating. Even the manager is very nice and my favourite young lady. But yesterday, the staff whom I’ve never seen her face before treated me like a rug. Very very rude and unhelpful. She could have answer me in a nice way instead of being rude. Aa a Australia Post business account holder, I paid a lot of money to Australia Post and shouldn’t have experience anything like this lady did. Part of your salary is coming from me for your information. Will be puttung a complaint to Australia Post. Shouldn’t be hiring people like her. There are heaps of shipping companies that us sellers can swap anytime with better service.

Most rudest staff No consideration for working people. I guess all customers would be on benefits as they have little flexibility and then when you can make it in the small window they are open on weekends they are the rudest people who clearly do not want to be there or help anyone

I only recently got a Suite here and have never had one before. I didn't realize you were supposed to put the shop number in the address and I had a package coming from overseas. The staff couldn't fix my problem for me, which is fair since the package was already in transit, but they flagged it for me and advised me to contact customer support. They were polite and said they would keep an eye out for it anyway. It arrived the next day just fine. And I was so relieved. Have also had other good interactions there but this one really got me.

Can't contact these guys anymore, was a great service before. I have half an order missing and phone service says it was delivered, only got 5 of 10 boxes but apparently it's been ticked off and you can't speak with anyone actually involved in the delivery. Didn't authorise safe drop but they still leave part order and say delivered, very frustrating, out of pocket and missing items required for pet care.

The worst form of customer service I have ever seen, those women who work there mainly the middle aged are horrible to all customers I have experienced several times, if it wasn't for being so close I would attend another post office!!! Rude, argumentative, horrible body language, they have needed new staff years ago, people who genuinely want to help the community.

Every time I have gone to this post office the staff have been beyond rude. Today was no exception. I don’t think I have ever actually had a positive interaction at this post office in the 3yrs I have lived in the area. Complete pettiness with dealing with issues, not being understanding or compassionate and actually not even knowing their own rules. After many run in’s I’ve had over various issues, after a google search about the Australia post policies I find out there was a simple easy solution around every single one of my issues, but according to them it’s their preferred way or no way!

2nd "express post" in a week to not come "next day guaranteed". The delivery driver also never makes any attempt to deliver items and instead leaves a "you weren't home" paper saying we need to pick it up. There is always at least one person home that could easily accept parcels if the delivery driver would just do their job and knock on the door or something.

My express post delayed 2days from estimated date and I just realized that the postman was unable to deliver ( I have no idea the postman even try to deliver) and decided to transfer my express to the post office back. I don't care to pick up by myself but they didn't send me any notification message and didn't leave a pickup card! How could you know if you are not familiar with internet things!! If I didn't check tracking history every second on internet, I would never know and just keep waiting for it for entire life!!! It's so terrible tragedy waiting my precious post forever!

If I could give nil stars I would. Rudest staff, (not all,) of any post office I have ever dealt with. Time for Australia Post to mystery shop this place, not with a "mystery shopper", but with a real Australia Post person not known to the region. Speaking to customers rudely in front of others, when customers are quite polite, is just not on.

Don't worry about customer service there isn't any. They keep talking amongst themselves while serving you. Then if you go to the post office at Northlakes they go above and beyond to help you.
