I've been using this post office for the past 5 years and never had any issues with sending or receiving, every transaction was efficient & helpful. When you look at these reviews, you have to take them with a grain of salt, when parcels are sent/received as expected 99.9% of people don't leave a positive review. Only the people who have had bad experiences typically put in the effort to review post offices so they can rant about their experience.

Think twice if you want to use this Dundas Post Office service, the old mandarin speaking dude (owner) will rip you off and making you feel dumb if you are not aware of the shipping cost. I did sent the same item, same size, same weight & same destination premise and the items was 2.46KG twice from Granville PO as always the cost is the same. When I ask him why the cost is different between Dundas PO & other PO (I was providing example could that be oil price/location?), his response was other PO PEOPLE MAKE MISTAKE FOR CHARGE ME LESS NOT HIM. I even show him the last week receipts and he still not admit he was wrong. One thing are different was why i get charge by cubing instead it should be scale, his response was other PO PEOPLE MAKE MISTAKE FOR CHARGE ME LESS NOT HIM. At the end i request for the refund and he blame on the system that is how the system charge NOT HIM. Oh well he is the one who enter the data ito the system :) , went to Granville PO after this and pay for the fair price. if shipping cost increased due to the oil/inflation that is fair enough and reasonable. Btw, his services is not good anyway and not helpful at all. Beaware

The post office attendant there was very rude and stubborn, he was not apologetic at all. After travelling an hour to come to this post office to collect my item after reviewing tracking information that it was awaiting collection here, he said that I was not able to pick it up because it was “return to sender”. None of this information was on the tracking website. He rudely told me to call the customer service number so I did, and the person who helped me said I should be able to collect it. He even spoke to the post office man who was still just as rude. I understand the confusion that my address and name had been ripped off the package and that none of this was on the tracking website, but he could have been a lot more apologetic and kind. Extremely annoyed and disappointed.
