West Dubbo Post Office is the best, there are never any issues, they are always helpful and smile. Sadly I won’t get to see there happy smiles and great customer service anymore. I have been to this post office a handful of times and almost every time I go in I have observe rudeness by staff to others or I have been spoken to rudely and unfairly. Today I was in the post office and witnessed a young lady being badgered by the staff to no fault of her own and I felt like I should make a complaint. I hope they learn some manners and improve their ways. I will drive to the other side of town just to avoid this post office.
