Don't expect more than them picking up your parcel. If they can't find it they won't help. If you need to other services they offer like witness signature, passport, etc. goodluck. Definitely need more customer service training. Like very heaps moreeee.....

I just want to thank the lovely staff at Wollongong Post Shop who tracked down my parcel which was addressed to the wrong Parcel Locker number. Their detective work meant that I will be reunited with my parcel even though it was under the wrong parcel locker number. Thanks very much!

Staff are extremely rude, aggressive and condescending, I have a P.O. Box there and can’t wait for it to expire. Clearly when I’m old and miserable and have lost all ability to provide customer service I could always get a job here. Disgusting behavior which needs a big overhaul

Came to take photos for family. Staff took photos for my kid but made a mistake to upload in the system and have to take another one. She tried couple of time not able to make it good. Then she also put wrong email address for my wife thus couldn't get the soft copy for what we paid. Then staff asked me to come again in long queue for taking another photo of her. Would not recommend someone with little one to take photos or AU post should train staff how to take photos.

Mondays are the busiest days sometimes there are long queues but you are not waiting long. Have been a customer here for years and I have come to appreciate the service very much. Great location and it is open on Saturday mornings.

Several reviews here about the service. There was one in particular about a lady who likes to speak to people like they're children. On my first visit, I got her (fearing I would and I did). I saw a name on her badge but won't mention it here. She was very helpful and extremely abrasive at the same time. Wasn't sure what to make of the whole situation. Other people were watching and it was very awkward. I tried to add a humorous angle but in the end waked away feeling a like child. At 43, I've been a few places, seen a few things and probably deserved a little more due respect as a human being. I didn't need to be spoken to like that. None the less, the efficiency was 10/10 - like the Aunty that bakes beautiful cakes but smacks you..

Most of the staff are a delight, but one older individual talks to you with disrespect. I have experienced this on multiple occasions. So either the job is constantly giving them bad customers and no joy, or they have no joy and are not built for a job that requires human interaction.

Pathetic customer service; they've lost my same parcel TWICE, offered to redirect it to another post office so I could pick it up during work break, but failed to do that, now they can't find it despite it being in their Wollongong store and having sent me a reminder that they would only hold it until Monday. No idea why the government continues to fund this pathetic service.

Normally good but the experience I had yesterday was terrible. Served by a person with some kind of “God” complex. She was rude and unhelpful. If parcel post would actually deliver like they are supposed to, I wouldn’t have needed to attend the post office and be spoken to like a child.

Pathetic customer service. I am not Australian so there is only Passport that I can show but they said I need to bring rental agreement to compare address. I told them I didnt bring it and they just throw my parcel on the ground. I called manager to explain what happend but the answer was they need to check I live that address or not. Then why do yoy guys send me post card to pick up and why didnt you write to bring rental agreement for pick up :) You dont know whats in it lol then just throw on the ground. Because its not your mistake but also obviously RACISM .
