The man who owns and runs this AustPost outlet is by far and away the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. His callous attitude and contempt for customers is frightening. After witnessing a customer being mistreated there yesterday and hearing her openly swear at him (to which he basically shrugged his shoulders and didn’t seem to care or want to help) I actually feel uncomfortable in the store. Australia Post should be ashamed of the impression this man creates and remove his license to operate the outlet. I cannot overstate the outright rudeness, indifference, incompetence and lack of care this man routinely shows on a daily basis. He has to go.

Absolutely the worst post office, I’ve ever been too! Finding out later that the Asian man that served me who was extremely rude to me is in fact the owner of the store! I didn’t care regardless, yelling at me that I need to move outta the way because he has a job to do! He coulda just asked nicely! I work in retail too such disgusting lousy behaviour in customer service! He needs to get an attitude check! How he still has a job there is beyond me! I had enough and told him straight out that excuse me don’t ever speak to me like that again! Didn’t say a word after that! Never going there ever again!

This is my local which I frequent, often. The team are great, firm and fair. You need to have a sense of humour at the post office. They know their stuff. They have never lost a parcel.

I have never before met a person who has the personality of the guy who runs this PO. Please can someone take over from him and GET HIM OUT. He needs to be audited and would hate to see the state of his hime. If he has one. Am continually disgusted by his unfriendly attitude and so wish i never had to step foot in this place ever again. I am even thinking to never again order anything online so i never have to go there.

Always understaffed with long lines whenever I’ve gone in. Asked them if I needed an appointment for a passport application, they said I didn’t need an appointment, that I could come in anytime. A few weeks later I went in to lodge application and was told they don’t do them until 12.30 “because the girl is on lunch” Pathetic, avoid if you can.

The Guy who runs this place constantly messes up my mail. He puts mail that doesn't belong to me in my mail box. He's lost about 3 of my packages only to find they have been coded to the wrong mail box. He has actually sent my mail back to the sender saying I don't live at the address I live at!

The bloke that is the owner is rude, dismissive and has no concept of customer service. The postie doesn't always deliver the parcel card (thank goodness for the SMS messages). If we had an option to be based out of a different post office, we would jump at the chance.
