I'm extremely frustrated with the courier service. I paid for delivery, but now they're telling me to pick up my parcel myself. It's been 20 days, and the delivery still hasn't been made. Every time I ask where my package is, they give me different excuses this parcel may fit in mail box or not. I just want my parcel delivered.
