It's great that the Wodonga Post Office spent so much money installing those fancy self service machines only for them to be used as extra display shelves. I wonder if they actually used them whether it would speed up the service and the queues wouldn't constantly be out the front door... Staff are super friendly though so don't want the review to be a reflection of them.

Avoid Harry if you do not want to be talked down upon. Very arrogant and rude. Harry refused our passport renewal application but the other AusPost Office processed the exact same application under 5 minutes without drama. Harry did the paperwork assessment and was in a great mood to nitpick everything looking for faults that did not exist. He refused the application saying the photo had a speckle of dust, not enough border and a little bit of my daughter’s teeth showing (passport photo came with an approved certificate). Tried to show Harry the Passport Government website showing exact borders on the photo being acceptable and he quickly cuts me off and told me the website info is old (even without looking). Harry then continued to tell me that our documents for name change is inappropriate and that I need to explain on a different document why our indigenous culture require us certain name changes when we get married. When I tried to explained to Harry that we have used the exact same documents on our last passport without issues, he was very dismissive and told me that they are the 3rd party supplier and they get the last say. I have been going to this post office for a long time and all other staff members have been wonderful and helpful. On the other counter I overheard another male staff member patiently explaining to another customer how to do a passport application. How I wished I went to that counter. I hope Harry does some training to improve his knowledge and stop acting like he knows everything.

Jenni is so amazing. She is so good with my 2-month-old baby and a toddler during the photo shoot for passport pictures. She's so friendly. Fast and excellent customer service.

Great Australia Post Shop .. we receive fantastic service. "Michael" in particular always goes above and beyond with his customer service. Nothing is too much trouble .. no matter how difficult the problem .. and does it all with a smile. We always make sure Michael serves us. Thank you Michael .. Thank You Australia Post.
