What a arrogant piece of work the Indian fellow there tried to make a fool of me and insisted my surname was wrong on the package when it actually only contacted my first name, I feel like he was very racist and discriminatory towards me I am rather deaf and didn’t hear all of us remarks but he is very disrespectful I have complained to Australia post. I’d recommend not dealing with that post office what a awful experience I had

Terrible service, got there just before 5pm as I work night shift and couldn't get there earlier and they had closed before 5pm, just drove all that way to get my parcel which I needed today but refused to let me get it when it would take less than a few minutes to do so.

The older lady Helen is so rude. She started scanning my parcels and didnt even acknowledge me. I said hello to her TWICE and she was too busy having a conversation with a colleague to even reply or look at me. It wasn't until I asked her to stop flipping my parcel around unnecessarily that she said "it wont matter anyway, they get thrown in a bag". I said "you could at least treat it carefully while I'm standing here". I'm almost certain she read "live fish" and flipped it around to see if the foam box leaked. I run a home business and won't be sending my parcels there again. Back to my local I go! Lovely people at Curtis Road.

This is my second time it happens to me. My parcel left at their branch and I received an SMS from Australia post with the instructions and a unique bar code. Instructions says to take your photo ID with the bar code to the nominated Post office and collect your parcel. I went there with my D/licence and the bar code and presented to the lady on the counter. Lady on the counter didnt bother to look those and asking me questions about where i live? is the parcel on your name or business and so on.... very rudely. she might need more training.

Have been here a dozen times over the last few years and cannot say I have had a bad experience. Staff have not been rude to myself and I haven't had to wait more than a few minutes to be served. I do wish they were open a little later, but at least they are open Saturday.

They don't even deserve a star, the staff that work there are absolutely disgraceful, they are all on powertrips and they hold your parcels for ransom. They are nasty and I ONLY go here out of necessity, I wish that my parcels were sent to the craigmore post office where they are helpful. The male worker is the worst, he absolutely acts like he is performing neurosurgery but little does he know he actually works in a post office. Perhaps he needs to be made aware of this fact. Everybody needs to go elsewhere as it only takes one visit for them to upset your whole day.

The first time I went there the lady who served me wouldn't make eye contact, didn't even say hello and was really rude when I asked for a receipt. The next time one of the ladies was being very rude to a young man there. He was embarrassed because she was being so disrespectful.

I went in to get a couple of parcels today and the old lady with short brown hair at the front desk was extremely terse while serving me, she spoke to me in a very loud, rude, abrupt and condescending way. When I spoke to the "owner" about it, he just brushed it off and said 'that doesn't sound like her'. It was a horrible experience, and the fact that the so-called owner wasn't interested in taking my complaint seriously, was a double-blow to me I think. It's very disappointing how their staff treat people.
